Career Accomplishments | Ms. Kove has an extensive leadership, technical and analytical background as an innovator. This does include but is not limited to successes in the area of artificial intelligence and related patent. She is utilizing this research and design background to make a positive impact in the biotech community. She is encouraged by the advantages that Exusmed's telemedical innovations can provide medical and pharmaceutical professionals and their clientele. This will result in obvious improvements in effectiveness and efficiencies as well as the potential to mitigate risk. Ms. Kove's leadership style is people oriented based listening and demonstrating real appreciation for the work of others. This is something she developed during her time as a young service member in the U.S. Navy and has applied throughout her career ever since. <br> <br> She and her fellow board members believe the success of a corporation is rooted in a culture of respect of all, as well as giving back in a fair-minded and equitable manner to those within the corporation and society. The Exusmed Corp. is in the process of creating a philanthropic foundation and is very dedicated to helping society. As an equality activist, Ms. Kove has based much of her work on her team and coalition building. This included education of the public via web enabled presentations and films about diversity. She is a service related disabled veteran that fought with others against DADT (Don't Ask, Don't Tell) and Defense of Marriage Act laws as well as support for the Employment Nondiscrimination Act (ENDA) and open service for transgender service members. <br> <br> Ms. Kove completed the last 3 years of her Logistics and Management B.S. in slightly over 1 year. This was accomplished by taking accelerated courses and College Level Equivalency Program (CLEP) at Park College in 1996. During that time she was working full time in a high visibility, fast-paced position and raising her 5 children. She is the first person in the U.S. to set a legal precedent for winning same-sex child support (first at the appellate level in the nation). During her career at the DoD, she came out as a member of the LGBTQ community. <br> <br> Ms. Kove suffers from lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM), a rare lung disease that affects mainly women. This has become a motivating force in her life and her industry, where she strives to make a difference for sufferers worldwide, while increasing public awareness.
