|Career Accomplishments||Monte Johnston has demonstrated that leadership and know-how can run in families. His family has been connected to the farming community in Arkansas his entire life. Following in the skilled footsteps of his heritage, up to the former Chief Financial Officer for Tyson Foods, Inc., Mr. Johnston has thrived in the business start-up world and developed an impressive portfolio. Upon graduating magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business and receiving recognition as the colleges Outstanding Student in Finance in 1992, Mr. Johnston rapidly put his financial management degree to work by interning with Stephens Inc. Investment Bankers in Little Rock, Arkansas. He soon developed the desire to begin building and leading his own businesses, first operating a temporary employment agency in Fort Smith, Arkansas , A&C Services. Evolving his business start-up plan further, Mr. Johnston partnered to launch an international food brokerage company, Alliance International, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Many influential contacts in the Netherlands and Russia were established in 1994 and still exist today. Not long after in 1997 , Mr. Johnston established what would become his standout business, Automatic Auto Finance (AAF). As a result of AAF and it's dedicated team, he was honored in 2005 by the Arkansas Business Journal as one of the leading business professionals under the age of forty in Northwest Arkansas. Based in Springdale , Arkansas, AAF has multi-location car dealerships that offer any customers with credit challenges the opportunity to purchase and finance reliable vehicles on site. The "pure" understanding that immobility creates unwarranted insecurities and often times intimidates the weakest (yet many of the most creative) part of any and all cultures led him to develop a method that met both bank requirements and the "need" of the "unbankable" to be mobile. The company's sales model paired with a solid related finance company, Jorja Trading, Inc., has been in operation since 1997 and is continuing its success. AAF will always constructively be pursuing the second chance for all. Named Automotive Sales and Management Professional of the Year 2015 by Strathmores Whos Who Registry, The America's Registry, and Global Network for Outstanding Professionals, Mr. Johnston continues to be recognized as a leader in the industry. His status has been recently elevated to lifetime membership. Mr. Johnston has regularly appeared as a panelist and speaker with The National Alliance of Buy Here Pay Here Dealers, sharing his expertise with others in the business. Mr. Johnston is also heavily involved in the residential construction business in the Northwest Arkansas Region. He and a partner have owned and operated Signature Builder's, Inc. for more than a decade. The company develops land and constructs on average 50 homes annually. It follows the same methods of his other operations and has always been blessed by enjoying consistent success. The Medical Marijuana (MMJ) Industry is the newest challenge that has been placed before Mr. Johnston. He is currently in the process of partnering with Green Leaf LLC to form Green Alternatives LLC in Hawaii. His personal and passionate position is that the benefits and healing properties of Cannabis (oils and CBD's/THC ratios per strain) have been long overshadowed by propaganda. Propaganda that's intent was to mislead and wrongfully categorize the purpose of the benefits by magnifying and exaggerating the extreme cases of overuse. The overall objective is to legally provide our Wounded Warriors who have served in the military with an alternative to the current medications that seem to rob many heroes of their ability to function without creating an addiction to mind numbing, soul robbing pain medication that only leaves more psychological scars to the physical and mental ones they already are enduring. Mr. Johnston feels strongly and is committed to this generational opportunity. He also understands it will take disciplined patience as well as the fortitude to handle character assassination by the misinformed. Both of which he is prepared to endure.|
