Career Accomplishments	While still in undergraduate school he received an Army ROTC scholarship. In law school he received the one year W.A.R. Goodwin Scholarship. While in the Service he received an Army Commendation Medal, with one oak leaf cluster and for his work with the Presidential Clemency Board in 1975, he received a Joint Services Commendation Medal
Work History	Commissioned a 2nd Lt. in the U.S. Army in 1971. From 1971 to 1974, while still a member of the U.S. Army, he attended law school. From 1974 to 1977 he served as the Assistant Chief of Military Justice in Ft. Eustis, VA where his primary duty was to serve the command as a criminal prosecuting attorney. From 1977 to 1979 he served as an attorney in the Defense Appellate Division in Falls Church, VA. While in the Army he was promoted to lst Lt. in 1973 and to Captain in 1974. In 1979 he resigned his commission and entered private practice. From 1979 to 1984 he was an associate in the law firm of Carr, Jordan, Coyne & Savits. In 1984 he left that law firm and, with a group of other attorneys, started the law firm of Carr, Goodson & Lee P.C. Since 1984 the name of that firm has changed, but he has been with the same firm since 1984, as a shareholder and principal
