The initial regulatory experience involved assignment to write permits and enforcement requests for metallurgical process operations. These assignments provided experience with a complex regulatory program that resulted in a job offer from Martin Marietta. The consulting work that resulted, led to assignments in air pollution source testing, pollution control equipment evaluation, and permit application preparation, which, in turn, led to a job offer from Commonwealth Aluminum. Several pollution control equipment upgrades have resulted, including recommended upgrades to a recycling plant in Long Beach, California. Other work assignments have involved waste and water pollution management. |
