Ms. Rayson was born in Australia and relocated to the US to work as a Literacy Consultant, to provide Professional Development in literacy to Elementary and Middle School teachers in New York and Pennsylvania. Two Deaf Frogs is an educational consulting and support company providing the educational resource The Conferencing Book. The Conferencing Book was designed by teachers for teachers. Its purpose is to provide classroom, ELA, and Reading and Writing teachers with a practical tool that stores student data in an organized and portable resource. It consists of two books, one for reading and one for writing, specifically designed to meet teachers' needs when recording student data. Ms. Rayson holds a Master's Degree in Education and specializes in Classroom Support.
