About Richard N. Knowles
Richard N. Knowles is President of Richard N. Knowles & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm in St. Petersburg, Florida. His firm helps leaders learn to effectively lead transformative organizational change. Prior to this, Mr. Knowles was employed by the DuPont Company for 36 years. Mr. Knowles is the creator of the Process Ennergram, a model for transformation. He has studied the theories of complex systems leadership and offers both the practical and theoretical knowledge and understanding to help organizations through their own transformations. Mr. Knowles lectures on self-organizing leadership, workplace safety and developing a dialogue on the tough questions facing organizations. He is the author of numerous published works, 40 U.S. patents and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the American Chemical Society and is an Adjunct Professor at Medaille College in Buffalo, NY. His hobbies include bird watching.
