About Lloyd A. Burkett
Dr. Lloyd A. Burkett's field of expertise is engineering education and has many years of Public Administration Service experience in coordinating with a broad base of technical and administrative skills honed in both private and public sector operations and management with responsibilities covering hundreds of millions of dollars and highly sensitive issues. He has extensive knowledge of all parts of the procurement process from Request for Proposals to Bidding, Contract Administration and Contract Completion and the technical and engineering aspects of the contracting process. Dr. Burkett has a Master's degree in Urban Policy from Brooklyn College and a Ph.D. in Policymaking from Walden University. He was a Lieutenant Commander of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps and is a member of the NGO committee of the United Nations, the National Institute of Government Purchasing, the Purchase Managers Association, the New York University Business and Public Administration Alumni Association, the Society of Automotive Engineers, the New York Academy of Sciences and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
