About Lewis M. Smoley
Lewis M. Smoley is an Attorney at the law firm of Davidoff, Malito & Hutcher, LLC. Mr. Smoley earned his J.D. at New York University School of Law. Mr. Smoley has served as Chair of the New York State Bar Association on Appellate Practice. He has served as a panelist on various New York State Bar Association seminars involving ethics, commercial litigation and court procedure. He is a Member of the Commercial Division Advisory Committee and the Motion Practice Committee of the Supreme Court of the State of New York in the County of New York. Mr. Smoley is a lecturer on classical music at The New School of Research, C.W. Post College, New York University, the Julliard School of Music and the annual MahlerFest in Boulder, Colorado. He is a member of the Gustav Mahler Society of New York as well as the author of 2 books on Gustav Mahler. In his free time, he enjoys writing, music, philosophy and history.
