About James A. Fluker
James A. Fluker received his J.D. at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Mr. Fluker has extensive training in Mediation, ADR and Guardian ad Litem matters. He has actively mediated 700+ cases in the area of family law, probate, civil, victim-offender, parent-adolescent and small claims actions. Mr. Fluker had numerous appointments as GAL in juvenile, family and probate cases over the past 20 years in Clay County, Missouri. He has presented at several seminars on family law, mediation and children's topics sponsored by the Missouri Bar, the Clay County Bar Association and the Association of Missouri Mediators. Mr. Fluker is presently a mediator for the Clay County Office of Dispute Resolution, M.A.R.C.H. (Mediation Achieving Results for Children) and the Missouri Dept. of Education under the IDEA. Mr. Fluker is a member of the Family Law Committee and ADR Committee of the Missouri Bar, the Academy of Family Mediators, Secretary of the Clay County Bar Association, a Board Member of the Association of Missouri Mediators, the Secretary and Board Member of MARCH, Inc. and a Leader of the Boy Scouts of America.
