Albert Bottoms Has Recently Been Recognized as a Professional of the Year by Strathmore's Who's Who Publication

Farmingdale, N.Y. – Strathmore's Who's Who has recognized Albert Bottoms, of Arlington, Virginia, as a Professional of the Year. Professor Bottoms has received this recognition for his outstanding contributions and achievements in the field of Defense Technology.

About Albert Bottoms

Albert Bottoms was born in Montclair New Jersey. He graduated West Point Military Academy, and then went on to achieve a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from Iowa State University. Professor Bottoms studied SM Physical Oceanography at MIT as well as a Senior Officer's course at the U.S. Army Special Warfare School. He is Professor Emeritus and is currently associated with the Society of Counter-Ordnance Technology. Professor Bottoms is the recipient of numerous awards and honors including the Bronze Beaver Service Award from MIT. He has been awarded the Lobdell Award from MIT Alumni Association, a Meritorious Public Service Citation from the U.S. Dept. of the Navy, the Naval War College Distinguished Service award and the Dept. of the U.S. Army Commander's Award for Civilian Service. Professor Bottoms is the author of published works and is a member of the Naval Institute, ARRL and AICE. He is involved in Alumni Affairs at MIT.
