Work History	Started working for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. while attending college as an hourly associate, found that he enjoyed the merchandising aspect of the business and decided to make a career out of retailing. He worked in the store in Pittsburg, Kansas as sales clerk and Department Manager before moving on into management. Worked in operations for the first 6½ years of his career, at which time he moved into the buying area of the company. He spent the next 12 years in the Buying Division working his way up from Assistant Buyer of Pets to Divisional Merchandise Manager of Hardware and Paint. Last year he moved over into the Import side of merchandising and is currently involved with improving the Direct Import processes and how you manage this part of the business
