| Biography: | Mr. Duzan has twenty-five years of intellectual property prosecution, licensing and litigation experience. Joining TraskBritt in 1994 and becoming a shareholder in 1995, his practice emphasizes all areas of intellectual property. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Duzan worked five years at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a Primary Examiner and as a Law Clerk to the Deputy Commissioner. He worked for seventeen years at Halliburton Company as a patent attorney and Intellectual Property Counsel managing a group of ten attorneys supported by four paralegals in intellectual property matters in the United States and internationally. Mr. Duzan has extensive experience in complex intellectual property prosecution and licensing matters worldwide and has supervised and directed complex intellectual property litigation in the U.S. and Canada through appeal. |
